50 tennis Ball toss over the pull up bar. 25 in each direction
50 KB swings 24/16
50 Weighted Lunges – 45/25 pound plates or dumbbells in each hand
50 Tennis ball tosses against the wall – stand about 2 feet from the wall
This is to challenge your brain. Consider it brain gym mixed with Crossfit. Also really great for hand eye coordination as well. Have fun!
