Have you wanted to give your kids a taste of CrossFit for but just couldn’t fit it into your family’s busy schedule? Or do you just want your child to stay active this summer? Our 2014 weeklong summer day camp is the perfect opportunity to give them some exposure to this awesome program!

Not only will your child partake in fun exercise, they will get to track their progress, write goals, and learn how being healthy and having fun can go hand-in-hand!

During your child’s CrossFit Pickering Fitness Summer Camp, the following will be addressed:

Ï  CrossFit Movements (functional movements)

Ï  Workouts each day (WOD)

Ï  Mobility

Ï  Strength

Ï  Agility

Ï  Nutrition

Ï  Teamwork

Ï  Leadership Skills

Ï  Fun Games

For Full Day kids: the afternoon we will be going off site for part of the afternoon for some fun and games.   The afternoon may also consist of games, crafts and media fun!

Our sessions will run Monday-Friday from 9 to 4 pm.

Full day: $300 for 5 days   Half day: $150 for 5 days.

Extra supervision is available. 8 am to 9 am or 4 pm to 5 pm – at $10 per hour.

We keep our Camps small – 10 participants maximum.
