Video series with CrossFit Pickering
At CrossFit Pickering, coaches believe in inclusive fitness. It is a core strength and conditioning program. Ms. Blaze describes CrossFit as constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. CrossFit exercises are designed to target several areas of the body. Coaches are knowledgeable in injury prevention, trained in mobility, physiology and anatomy. CrossFit Pickering was one of the first of its kind in Durham, and in the GTA.
Ms. Blaze has a passion for transforming the lives of her clients both physically and mentally. In 2007, she found her passion for CrossFit and gained her level one trainer certification. She is trained in rehabilitation exercises with more than 10 years’ experience with injury prevention. Ms. Blaze enjoys customizing each client’s workout to address particular weaknesses, conditions, postural problems or injures including shoulder problems, neck and shoulder tension, hip, knee and ankle issues.
