Is it still Halloween?  Nope… Sarah wanted to do this last week but we ran out of space.  So here it is on monday for the Danielle week.  Keep in mind we will modify as needed, so don’t panic, we can make this PG!

UNBROKEN – each exercise unbroken — if broken, athlete must run 200m before continuing

20 KBS 24/16 – 19 WB 20/14 – 18 pull ups or ring rows – 17 HSPU

16 KBS – 15 WB – 14 pull ups/ring rows – 13 HSPU

— 250m row —

12 KBS – 11 WB – 10 pull ups/ring rows – 9 HSPU

— 250m row —

8 KBS – 7 WB – 6 pull ups/ring rows – 5 HSPU

— 250m row —

4 KBS – 3 WB – 2 pull ups/ring rows – 1 HSPU

** Kettlebell swings and wallballs unbroken means swinging continuously, no breaks.

Pull ups unbroken means staying on the bar the entire time without letting go

Ring rows unbroken means holding onto the rings and keeping straight body form

HSPU unbroken means remaining in handstand without coming down — in the case of HSPU progressions (to be done with knees on box – head touching the floor every rep), no breaks more than 1-2 seconds.
