Partner WOD
Find a partner who has a similar bench press, use 50% of that weight
Partner 1 – 25 med ball cleans
Partner 2 – as many bench press reps as it takes for partner 1 to finish

Partner 1 – 25 abmat situps
Partner 2 – bench press

Partner 1 – 25 walking lunges with med ball
Partner 2 – bench

Partner 1 – 25 supermans
Partner 2 – bench
