Our private one Hour mobility class will offer:

  • Practical tools to increase your mobility
  • Assessment of your mobility issues
  • Tools to assist in injury prevention
  • Help improve the movement in your joints and muscles
  • Programming designed just for you – It will take about 10 to 15 minutes every day.

For the months of November and December we are offering a special price for these 1 hour Private classes: $55 plus hst ( regular price $75)
