Danielle and Rob got talking and proposed some changes to our schedule – especially around the lifting schedule. We took their ideas and implemented them!
As of tomorrow: Mon and Wed – 6:30 PM is an OLY lifting class as well as PowerPlant class.
Tues and Thurs – 6 PM – is an OLY lifting class as well as PowerPlant class.
There will be a coach teaching both power lifting and Oly lifting. Danielle will still program the Oly portion, with Rob programming the Power portion.
OPEN GYM: we have also expanded/changed our OPEN gym times:
Mondays: 7 pm until 8:30
Fridays: 6 pm until 7:30
Saturdays: 10 am until noon
tuesday/friday : remains at 9 am until 10.
