Find 1 rep max

AMRAP 12 minutes

1 snatch

2 burpees

3 snatch

4 burpees

5 snatch

6 burpees

7 snatch

8 burpees

9 snatch

10 burpees

ETC… ETC…

Snatch is 75% (or more) of your 1 rep max. Power or squat snatch. Maybe start with power and move to squat as it gets harder.
