Awesome video. Is CrossFit Dangerous?  To me it’s always been about the level of coaching and people performing at their level of fitness.  People also making sure they are doing their mobility work.  There are statistically way more injuries in Running, Soccer, Hockey, Football, than in Crossfit.

Front rack one leg Bulgarian split squat

One arm overhead press ( not push press) work on nice form here

20 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95#
