dead hang, weighted, band or rings as your level allows. Arms must start straight at the bottom and chin must come over bar at the top.

4 x 8 Bar Box Step ups – 95/65 ( 4 steps per side) – size of the box dependent on leg length.

3 rounds for time of:

14 TTB

21 Box Jump Overs 24/20″
