Start with bare bar, ladies add 10 LB per round, men add 20, RXers should start 20lb/10lb higher

  • 5 Box Jumps 24/20
  • 5 Deadlifts 135/95
  • 5 Over the bar Burpees
  • 5 KB Swings 24/16
  • 5 push ups
