This is to challenge your brain. Consider it brain gym mixed with Crossfit. Also really great for hand eye coordination as well. Have fun!

500 m row
50 tennis Ball toss over the pull up bar. 25 in each direction
40 squats
Maze/word search then
30 situps
50 Tennis ball tosses against the wall – stand about 3 feet from the wall. Left hand 25 then right hand 25, or viceversa
20 pushups
20 jump over with both feet over the hurdles in each direction ( 10 in each direction)
10 pull-ups
