This week we are incorporating a bunch of the training techniques needed to have a successful obstacle race – whether it’s Tuff Mudder, warrior dash, spartan or any of the other ones out there!

Day 6
Warm up movements: GHD back extensions – as part of warm x 25
Strength: Front Squat –  slow down count of 5 explode up at 60% of Max – 4 x 4

AMRAP 15 Minutes

8 K2E

12 weighted lunges 45/25 in each hand

16 1 armed shoulder press w KB RX 16/8 KG

20 Box Jumps

Sprint from Pylon set up near DUMBBELLS to just past my office – second pylon – there and back x 2
