movements: Handstand Holds 4 sets of 30sec holds

Strength: Snatch 5 x 1 (heavy singles)

WOD:

AMRAP 14:00
8 Plate Ground to OH 45/25

8 OH Walking Lunges 45/25

8 Jumping squats 45/25

*everytime you rest the plate on the ground you have to do 5 burpees (perform after the wod) Your score is total reps minus total burpees done at the end.
