3 Squat Clean Thrusters – 115/85 – alternate minutes

6 Ring or Parallette Push Ups -alternate minutes

Scale 1 – 3 Squat Clean Thrusters at 95/65, 6 Ring or Parallette Pushups. Scale 2 – 3 Thrusters at 95/65 and 6 RIng or Parallete Pushups
