Tomorrow is our COMPETITION!  Have you signed up yet?  If not, there is still time. the wods will be fun!  2 wods per person then we party! Scaled and RX>  IT”S a potluck after the comp!  Please bring Food!  tom and I will supply the bevies.   If you don’t want to participate please do come and support our athletes by either judging or cheering them on!  STARTS AT 3 pm sharp!
