Strict press – 3 x max effort – work at 30% of max until fatigue or until you feel very taxed.. take a 2 minute break and repeat.

20 Minute Partner AMRAP

100 air squats
80 Burpees
60 split jumps

40 Toes To Bar

Divide up the reps however you choose. One person working at a time.  If working alone, only do 1/2 reps.
