we are doing 1RM week.  it’s going to be fun!  Many of you don’t have a 1 RM so it’s hard to determine percentages when we’re working with higher reps. we will continue next week as well!

Monday: Press

Tuesday: Backsquat

Wednesday: Bench

Saturday: Deadlift

Sunday: Front Squat

WOD:

Press  1RM – every 2 minutes do 1 rep ( this should take between 10 and 15 minutes)

“Bradshaw”   TIMECAP: 30 Minutes

10 rounds for time of:
3 Handstand push-ups or 6 wall walks
225/165 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders
