I was organizing pictures in iPhoto and came across these from about 6 years ago. These kids are like my own. I have seen them mature and blossom into pre-teens and teens.  These 6 kids, Callum, Jaden, David, Emma, Keiran and Maya were the ones who started our Crossfit kids program.  Many of you see them when we teach the classes.  They are amazing!  Their form, strength and dedication have all grown so much over the years.  I now see the older 2, Callum and Keiran tackle kipping pull ups, heavier weights. they can pretty much do the grown up wods…  When I see all the kids perform some of the more complex movements like the clean, snatch, rope climb, or T2B with ease, it makes my day!   I’m so glad they’re continued on with our family and it’s a pleasure to coach them every week!. DSC_0004 DSC_0077 DSC_0078 DSC_0080 DSC_0094
