I’m into month 3 of fasting now. I do mondays every week and fridays every second week. I was very tired this monday and thought of not fasting.  For some weird reason the thought of not fasting was impossible.   I’m not sure what’s changing in my brain, but it’s now become part of who I am.  It’s easier every week.  I’ve lost about 7 pounds, but i’ve also noticed the inches melting slowly away.  Another strange side effect, is the lack of wanting snacks.  Tuesdays I find that having a snack, whether it’s salty or sweet, just doesn’t really enter the consciousness.   I had a few chips on a tuesday and the salty taste was too much.

Overall, Tom and I are both so happy with it. It’s simple, we are seeing results and all in all a great way to stay healthy.  XO Marta
