Thursday is the beginning of the OPEN> have you signed up?  Ask anyone who has ever done the OPEN and they will tell you it’s awesome. do it. it’s fun!  Even if you’re new!  The next five weeks – we will be using wednesday and thursday to get ready for the OPEN wod – We will do the OPEN wods on Fridays. Having said that, if you can’t come on friday or want to redo the wod. You can do that anytime there is a class until monday  night.  Scores must be entered by 8 PM monday  night….

The BIG Event will be held on Friday nights. If you can come to that, DO!  The Energy is awesome and Mark is running the show.

Friday classes:  4:30 regular class – 6 PM – OPEN WOD with Mark!!!!
