16.1 in the books.  We have a strong Team of 50 members with others part of the team but not registered.  Just a friendly reminder that the deadline for posting wods is 8 pm EST on mondays.  I wonder what 16.2 will bring?!?!?

Many of you redid the workouts in RX and definitely went up a bunch of spots. Some of you redid the workouts to better your scores and that worked as well!

We have a number of  athletes who are in top 50 in Canada East:

Brian in 35rd Place

Pat in 24th Place

Keiran in 34th Place

Not sure if I missed anyone. I think you all deserve a round of applause for your very hard work in 16.1  .  Thank you all for making it a huge success!
