Ugh – the dreaded T2B.  We knew they were coming.

The tough thing will be to get all those reps in under 4 minutes!

Remember  – even doing 1 rep RX – will put you higher than all the scaled people…   If you feel like you can’t do the RX all the way through, do what you can in RX, keep that as your score.

Then do scaled ( which does not count) to get a good workout!
