You know HSPUs are coming – so practice them today! or do 16.2 if you are needing that score.  A reminder that we are holding the 9 am weightlifting class today!

Back squat – emom for 10 minute
3 backsquats each time -increase weight each time if possible

rest then:
3 rounds of:
amrap 4 minutes
1 rope climb
3 HSPU
6 atomic sit ups
rest 1 minute between rounds
