you bet your ass it is!  it is better to be fat and fit then thin and sedentary.   This is better for heart health and overall mortality. A study following 300 000 Europeans fount that doing no exercise carried twice the risk of early death as obesity.   May I add that a fat and fit person will have a better chance of fighting an illness than a thin sedentary person.   Good to know we’re doing something right!

EMOM 20 minutes
Minute 1 – 20 air squats

Minute 2 – 6 power cleans

Minute 3 – 10 knees to elbows

Minute 4 – 6 front squats
