Farmer’s walk is a great exercise to train your grip and your abs. Really focus on keeping your core tight as you walk the length of the gym.

EMOM x 3 for 8 minutes at 80% if max

Amrap 14 minutes:

10 burpees

20 lunges

farmers walk – 2 lenghts of the gym – 45/25 in each hand – go heavier for more work!
