One for wod left you guys!  16.4 really took a toll on people.   It was all back and legs.  Many people have commented on how tired their hamstrings are.   I’m doing it this morning.  I will be joining the club of sore hamstrings.  This friday is good friday – we are running 2 classes for 16.5  – 9 am and 11 am.  After the 11 am class we are going out for lunch at Dragon Rolls.  Reservations are at 12:30 pm. I will write it  on the whiteboard to see who is interested in joining us.   XO Marta
