Ok, so this made me tear up a bit. We are like “suffragettes of ambition” . yeah man!
Pairs complete the following for time:
50 pull ups , while partner holds 135/95 pounds in the Front rack position
60 K2E ( scaled is atomic sit ups) , while partner holds 95/65 pounds Overhead
70 split jumps while partner holds the Dip support position
Partners may switch during each exercise but repetitions will only count while the other partner is holding the required position. Each pair of athletes must complete all the repetitions before moving to the next exercise.
