with the nice-ish weather upon us, we are starting to do some running..  Some wods that are coming in our future – think spring – Kelly, Murphy, the Triple.  Some good ones, but we always have to wait for good weather for those!

Over head squat 1 x 6 at 70%, 1 x 5 at 75%, 1 x 4, 1 x 3, 1 x 2 ( end at 95%)

4 rounds for time every 4 minutes: 400 metre run
