back then I think “the Open” was still called ” sectionals”.  We are doing 3 wods from 2011 this week.  Next week we will tackle the remainder of the 2011 open wods.  The week after that we will start on 2012 and see where get.   These are benchmarks and should be tracked in your log books.   You can also compare yourself on the leaderboard and see how people did in 2011 at these wods.   This one is short so I’ve added a second mini wod after.

strength – ring rows – 4 x 6 – feet on a box – horizontal body

WORKOUT 11.3

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (165lb / 75kg)
Jerk (165lb / 75kg)

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (110lb / 50kg)
Jerk (110lb / 50kg)

MASTERS MEN – includes Masters Men 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (135lb / 62kg)
Jerk (135lb / 62kg)

MASTERS WOMEN – includes Masters Women 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (75lb / 35kg)
Jerk (75lb / 35kg)

Once the workout is completed rest a few minutes then:

emom 10 minutes:

10 atomic sit ups

5 burpees
