Squat – warm up by doing 2 sets – one with bar, one with weight x 7
20 RM Back Squat – find a weight that you can do this at – around 50% of max.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
9 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65) 12 Wallballs (30/20)
:30 rest between rounds
