A. Max reps of Back Squat in 1 minute at 100% x bodyweight
B. Max reps of Bench Press in 1 minute at at 75%  bodyweight
C. Max reps of Back Squat in 45 seconds at 75% bodyweight
D. Max reps of Bench Press in 45 seconds 50% bodyweight
E. Max reps of Back Squat in 30 seconds at 50% bodyweight
F. Max reps of Bench Press in 30 seconds 25%  bodyweight
rest 2 minutes between all sets.

50 Cal Row, 50 Deadlifts, 135/95
40 Cal Row, 40  Power Cleans, 135/95
30 Cal Row, 30 Front Squats, 135/95
20 Cal Row, 20 Push Jerks, 135/95
