Catherine has been with us for about 18 months.  She came in because her friends were doing it and now she’s ours!

Catherine  keeps coming back for the workout. She says it’s the best workout ever. After being with us, she couldn’t do the typical gym. She would get bored and leave. In her words: “Crossfit keeps you moving. Keeps me motivated. Makes me want to do better, to be better. The people and coaches are great too. It’s a family that motivates and the cheers you on.”

Her advice to people just starting with Crossfit?  Way to go! She thinks they are making their life better by being part of CrossFit Pickering.  They will have fun and enjoy the results!
