We have scoring sheets for this one too. use them, as the workout is short and it will be more fun that way!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of: 10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb. Women use 55 lb.

rest then:
4 X 4 Front Squats work up to 85%
