Boy we haven’t done this workout in so long.  This is by Crossfit standards an anomaly as it is not for time.

Backsquat

4 x 10  work at 60 to 70% of 1 rep max

Lynne

5 Rounds NOT For Time:
Bench Press – max reps (Bodyweight)
Pullups – max reps  ( kipping, or banded – pick a band that allows you to do at least 5 reps each time)

There is no time limit.  Allow enough rest between rounds to allow for max reps.  SCORE – Max reps
