Do not!  Do not be a chicken and think “i don’t want to row 5k”. I’ve done it and it’s not so bad. I would wager it’s more pleasant than a 5 K run. 🙂    This is a great opportunity to try a completely different workout and get some good cardio training in return.  Challenge yourself and reach your potential! So, show up and don’t be a chicken.

Keep in mind that tomorrow is 16.5 – the last open wod.
