Yup, this was a doozy!   The key is to set a goal each round on how many thrusters you want to do each time before taking a  brief rest.  With Burpees, no reason to stop, just keeping moving, even if you’re moving slowly.

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Thrusters
Burpees

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.
