FAT LOSS – 8 week bootcamp
3 days a week for 8 weeks = 24 1 hour classes = $200 plus HST ( special price!)
High school and University students – $150 plus HST!
NOON and 6:30 PM – MWF – only 2 spots left!!!!

What to expect:
- We will take your measurements the first class – this is not mandatory if you feel uncomfortable doing this.
- We will figure out what you want to achieve at the end of the 8 weeks. SET your goals!
- We will teach you about nutrition. There are a few different ways to have a great relationship with food.
- You will receive our Bootcamp BOOK on Day 1 of Bootcamp which is full of information about nutrition, movement etc.. we will provide you with additional information via email throughout the 8 weeks.
- You will do a different workout every single class and learn new skills every class. These workouts will make you sweat!
- This Bootcamp is open to every age and fitness level. You absolutely do NOT NEED TO BE FIT or know Crossfit to participate. We welcome Boomers, new moms, stay at home moms and dads and anyone who feels that they need to get HEALTHY NOW!
- Support and guidance. Feel what’s it’s like to be part of a caring community who is looking out for YOU!
- Measurable results – at the end of the 8 weeks, we will retest your fitness level and measure your strength gains and FAT losses!

This is the last week of our 6 week training session
Min 1: 5 Squat Cleans, you choose the weight
Min 2: 5 Muscle ups

One athletes completes the couplet before tagging off to partner 2. Your score is how many rounds + reps your team completes.
