I had my physical with a new doctor last week.  Weighed and measured, I was.   Her words:  We need to talk about your weight.  Your BMI is a big concern,  maybe you should think about exercising 3 times a week, that would help.  I laughed and said, see this shirt, I own this gym and exercising enough is not a problem.  I believe the BMI is bullshit.  ( yea I said that).  I also added that yes I could stand to lose some pounds of fat, but I think the BMI does not measure muscle mass so I’m not going to worry about it too too much.  DR said that by law she has to inform me that my BMI is high. sheesh.     XO Marta
