This means: Cleans, Jerks, Snatches, Power cleans and power snatches.  Do you feel like you need to finesse any of these?  I know that this is an area I could totally improve upon.  I’m great to a certain weight, then I know that my skill stops me from going higher in weight.

We offer an Olympic weightlifting class on Sundays at 9 am, right before the 10 am class. This is a great class to attend if you need to become better at these movements.

Back rack lunge 4 x 6 work up in weight – take the bar out of the rack
