We will have RX and scaled teams. You don’t have a team? We will help make one up for you! Our teens can also have teams. You can have a family team too – kids and parents. So much fun!

Notes: these rounds should be completed at max effort , and you should shoot for keeping them under 2 min so you have plenty of time to recover and keep all rounds at max effort pace. It will burn the legs like crazy but push past that. Its meant to hurt , so scale weight if needed to go unbroken.
