We started doing this workout years ago back at the old box.  Andrew made it up and we loved it!  Thanks Brock for reminding me of this workout.

Starting at or near your 1Rm bench max reps then 10 situps + 10 KB swings
Remove 10/20 lbs women/men
Continue to bare bar

NOT FOR TIME – depending on the weight you start this should take a bit of time…
