When?                   Week 1 – Wednesday, October 5th – 7:15pm Start

Week 2 – Wednesday, October 12th – 7:15pm Start

Week 3 – Wednesday, October 19th – 7:15pm Start

Week 4 – Wednesday, October 26th – 7:15pm Start

  • Weekly WOD will be posted on the MONDAY before the EVENT. Ie, Oct 5th WOD will be Posted October 3rd.
  • Each week will be a different focus…ie Barbell, Cardio, Muscular Endurance, etc…you will be challenged…

What?      Each week, members from our box, Crossfit Pickering come in to do a Competition Style WOD at 7:15pm. Categories will be RX MEN and WOMEN – competing in the same category with appropriate weights. SCALED and BEGINNERS competing in Mens and Womens separate categories. BEGINNERS are those with less than two months of Classes after their Bootcamp Graduation. They will compete with modified requirements…

5 rounds for time:

30 calorie row
20 atomic sit ups

10 KB swings

400 m run
