Mark and I were chatting the other day about how to make Recovery day more exciting.  It’s a very quiet day and we would love to see more of you come out.  Remember if you are planning on coming at 6 am or 7 am, please let us know the night before.    We are trying a slow and heavy day with plenty of time for mobility. 5 x 10 at 65% of max

after each bench do 15 GHD sit ups
