Done correctly you will go heavy enough that it’s taxing, but light enough so that you can do 15 clean and jerks in a row. This is not for time, it is for load and execution.

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
