This was one of the more demanding and long wods from any of the Open wods over the years.  I loved it, but I know many who hated it.  these are 2 movements that are definitely on the list of not liked for many people.  So let’s do it again!  Get you ready for an awesome 2017!

Burpees – Bar facing

Men use 95 lb. Women use 65 lb.
