Briggs is on for tomorrow. I know that’s weird right? I can’t believe i’m writing down what tomorrow is… I’m doing it for a reason. I want to make sure that you show up. Briggs is a tough wod. Kerri and I tested it on friday. We will only do this WOD once a year. It’s mentally and physically demanding,but we are both so glad we did it. It felt kind of like being in a battle, a battle with my brain which wanted to quit, a battle with my body, which also wanted to stop. If you are new to CrossFit or just think a full Briggs is too much, just do half. You will feel so amazing having done it!  Show up.   Leave the rest to us.
