Muscle up practice:

5x 60% of your best unbroken Muscle up set, rest 2 minutes between sets ( so if you can do 10 in a row, do 6)

take about 10 minutes to do this. Practice Dips, paralette push ups, ring rows in you’re not close to MUs do 5 x 6 of each

5 rounds for time:
10 DB Over head lunge – 50/35 10 KB clean and press 24/16 20 DUs
