Regionals go into week two this weekend. Since it’s going to rain…again…tune in and watch these fantastic athletes fight for placing to go to the CrossFit Games in Madison this summer

With this in mind I have modified one of the Regional WODS…just to use available equipment for your training pleasure today

Dumbbell snatches 50/35

Ring dips

So since we have lightened up the Dumbbells we will need a little extra to make sure we keep our mojo going

Rest 3 minutes

Wallball sprint – 75 reps 20/14 for time.
