2. Stamina Conditioning – Adjust weight to ensure athletes

complete volume of reps. Light weights building stamina and are part of a complete program.


Odd: 15 Wallballs (20/14)

Even: Side arm dumbbell raises alternating sets with front arm raises. Both arms at the same time.  If not enough dumbbells, stagger so some are on the Wallballs and some are on the dumbbells
